Treatment Chemistry for Produced, Injection and Industrial Water
Every barrel of oil brings water with it, and that water has to be treated before it can be re-injected, reused or discharged. We supply the coagulants, flocculants, biocides and scavengers that get produced water to specification, along with flotation and filtration aids.
Beyond the oilfield, the same expertise covers boiler, cooling and industrial water treatment, including test kits and chemical injection pumps so treatment can be monitored and dosed correctly on site.

The Produced-Water Treatment Train

Flotation
Flotation aids dosed to lift dispersed oil and solids out of the water leaving the separator.
Settling lagoon / buffer tank
Oxygen scavenger and coagulant added so solids settle and dissolved oxygen is removed.
Filtration
Biocide and filter aid protect the filters and control bacteria before injection.
Injection well
Scale and corrosion inhibitors protect the injection system and reservoir.
