Oil & Gas / Asset Protection
Steel, water, CO₂ and H₂S do not mix well. Our inhibitor and scavenger programmes protect tubulars, flowlines and topsides for the life of the asset.
Overview
Corrosion and scale are the two biggest threats to production equipment. Corrosion eats tubulars and pipelines from the inside; scale narrows them until flow stops. Sour gas and dissolved oxygen make both worse.
We supply corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors and squeeze chemicals, scale removers, and H₂S and oxygen scavengers as a coordinated programme, with dosage set against your water chemistry, temperatures and gas composition.
Product Range
Products for prevention, treatment and gas control.
Film-forming inhibitors for continuous and batch treatment of wells, flowlines and injection systems.
Prevent carbonate and sulphate scale from forming in the reservoir, tubulars and topsides.
Remove H₂S and dissolved oxygen before they can attack steel or affect gas quality.
Support fluids for workover and remedial treatments.
Where It Is Used
Inhibitor and scavenger dosing points across the production system, from our brochure process diagram.
Scale squeeze inhibitors, scale removers, corrosion inhibitors and workover fluids applied in the well.
Corrosion and scale inhibitors dosed continuously into the production stream.
H₂S scavenger and corrosion inhibitor on the gas outlet for safe processing and transport.
Corrosion inhibitor protecting the pipeline to the refinery.
Oxygen scavenger ahead of settling and filtration to stop oxygen corrosion.
Scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor protecting the injection well and reservoir.
How We Work
Every field is different, so we do not push a fixed catalogue. Send us the operating conditions and the result you need, and we will recommend a product, or blend one to your KPI.
