Oil & Gas / Early Production

Early Production Facilities

Modular, scalable EPF capability for fast-track oil production, covering three-phase separation, produced-water treatment, crude stabilisation, storage and export.

Overview

Fast-Track First Oil with High Safety and Reliability

We offer Early Production Facility (EPF) solutions designed for fast-track oil production with high safety and operational reliability.

Each facility provides efficient three-phase separation, including produced-water treatment so that oil in discharge water meets local regulations, along with crude stabilisation, storage and export pumping to secure early cash flow. Facilities are modular, scalable and compliant with international oil and gas standards, and support both onshore and offshore operations.

Where It Is Used

How the Facility Flows

From wellhead inlet to stabilised crude, following the process diagram from our brochure.

Inlet

Well fluids arrive at the thunder box and sand trap, pass the surface safety valve and are controlled at the choke manifold.

Heating

Chemicals are injected and the stream is heated in a dual-core indirect heater to aid separation.

Separation

HP separators split gas, oil and water. Gas goes to the KOD and flare; blanket gas feeds the IGF unit.

Stabilisation & export

Oil passes through the manifold to stabilisation tanks and the surge tank, ready for export pumping.

Early production facility process flow Two well trains each pass through a sand trap, surface safety valve, chemical injection point and choke manifold into the heater manifold and dual-core indirect heater, then into HP separators U1 and U4. Gas goes to the HF separator as blanket gas, to the heater as fuel and to the KOD and flare. Water goes to the HF separator and carbon polishing skid. Oil goes through the oil manifold to the stabilisation tanks and surge tank. Chemical injection points, where XYLOL supplies the chemistry, are shown in blue.
